Program Details:
As an early-stage startup pushing the boundaries of AI & robotics development, we have a highly selective interview process. We only select candidates that are already performing at or very close to the level of the typical first year college recruits at top organizations. Our goal is to make you significantly more competitive than your peer new grads, greatly enhance your career prospect.
Career Development: This unpaid internship program is designed to refine your skills and provide real-world experience. High achievers will receive referrals to top tech companies or consulting firms for hiring consideration.
Tailored Projects: Work on assignments aligned with your interests, whether in technology development, human-machine interactions, finance/venture capital, or marketing strategies.
Flexible Schedule: Complete 300 hours part-time over 20–30 weeks during the school year (10–20 hours/week) or full-time in 10–12 weeks during school breaks.

How to Apply:

For candidates passed the screening stage, we generally schedule 2 rounds of 45mins long interviews, with the potential requirement of a 1 to 3 hour long homework assignment.
