Selective, by design.
As an early-stage startup pushing the boundaries of AI development, we run a highly selective interview process. We only select candidates who are already performing at or very close to the level of typical college recruits at top organizations — our goal is to make you significantly more competitive than your peer new grads, and meaningfully enhance your career prospects.
Our current and past interns include students and recent grads from Stanford, Columbia, The University of Chicago, UPenn, Duke, Johns Hopkins, UC Berkeley, NYU, University of Michigan, University of Maryland, WPI, and others.
- Career development — this unpaid internship program is designed to refine your skills and provide real-world experience. High achievers receive referrals to top tech companies or consulting firms for hiring consideration.
- Tailored projects — work on assignments aligned with your interests, whether in technology development, human-machine interaction, finance/venture capital, or marketing strategy.
- Flexible schedule — a minimum of 300 hours part-time over 20–30 weeks during the school year (10–20 hrs/week), or full-time over 10–15 weeks during school breaks.

How to apply.
We evaluate candidates on a rolling basis. We welcome applications from all junior/senior/graduate students and recent alums, including international students. Candidates who pass the resume screening generally go through 2 rounds of 45-minute interviews, with the potential for a 1–2 hour homework assignment.
